Introduction

Angel’s Billabong: A Natural Pool in the Cliff

Angel’s Billabong is a natural pool embedded in the cliff. Clear water fills it at high tide, and natural pools appear at low tide. The water is very clear and pleasant for swimming at low tide, but you have to be very careful not to swim there at high tide because the waves can drag you out, with little chance of returning. Visitors can witness the stunning natural phenomenon that occurs when the tide goes out, revealing a mosaic of colors and patterns on the rocks below.

Kelingking Beach: A Dinosaur-Like Rock Outcrop

Kelingking Beach is a spectacular rock outcrop into the sea of Penida Island. The rock looks like the backbone of a dinosaur that came to drink at sea.  The view is really amazing and interesting to come closer to the beach, but if you have the courage and time you must go down to the beach. Wear good shoes and once you get to the beach, watch out for waves and currents. Going down to Kelingking beach is so worth it.

Crystal Bay: A Beach and Rock Combination

Crystal Bay is combines  attractions of a sandy beach that is easily accessible by road and a spectacular rock planted in the center of the bay. The beach faces west coast and mostly time has a amazing sunset view. Crystal Bay is popular for scuba diving due to its clear water and natural sea beauty. If you are not a scuba diver, you can still get masks, snorkels and fins on site.
